Bloom Fashion Festival — 5th Edition: ANIMA

Bloom Fashion Festival is preparing its fifth edition, ANIMA, and is looking for responsible, energetic, and passionate young people to join our volunteer team.
If you would like to discover what happens behind the scenes of a fashion festival, meet professionals from the creative industries, and gain hands-on experience in organizing a complex event, we invite you to become part of our team.
No previous experience is required. We are looking for committed, reliable people who are eager to learn.
Available Roles
Event Organization & Logistics
- Supporting the preparation and organization of event spaces;
- Assisting with setup and dismantling;
- Managing materials and activity flow;
- Supporting the organizing team throughout the festival.
Backstage & Model Support
- Assisting with the organization of outfits, accessories, and props;
- Supporting models with preparation before fashion shows;
- Maintaining order and ensuring the schedule is followed backstage;
- Collaborating with styling and coordination teams.
Communication & Guest Relations
- Welcoming and guiding guests;
- Checking access and providing information about the program;
- Supporting the smooth running of public-facing activities;
- Representing the festival in a professional and friendly manner.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Availability between August 11 and September 11, 2026, for preparation, organization, and post-event activities, carried out both online and in person, depending on the volunteer’s availability and organizational needs. In-person attendance is mandatory from September 4–6, 2026.
- Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail;
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team;
- Availability for a dynamic schedule;
- An interest in fashion, art, communication, or event organization.
Knowledge of a foreign language and previous experience at other events are considered an advantage, but are not mandatory.
